stop eating and get back to shape

Back in high school, i played sports a lot. especially when PJ subject. football, badminton, taekwando. but nowadays since started working i tend to be lazy and my body went out of shape. despite not going to the gym or jogging anymore. arghhhhhhhhhhhhh..please give me strength to wake up from the laziness to work out and be fit.


you can imagine how, when i say that i put on weight 7kg in just 2 months after staying at home without exercise and controlling my diet.

right now, im back into jogging and going to gym(which i havent started joining yet.haha) and yes, aikido also. come to think of it, the lazyness comes around when you don't have ur friends to tagged along...

anda ada 1 bulan setengah lagi mau kasi bukti bahawa u can really get back the ideal shape....
